2025 Onsite Wastewater SUPER Conference of Pennsylvania – EXHIBITOR BOOTH/TABLE RENTAL
This premier statewide event — which combines the annual conferences of PSMA & PASEO — is being held February 2-4, 2025, at the Penn Harris Hotel & Convention Center, Camp Hill, PA with an anticipated 300+ wastewater professionals. Promote your company in the exhibit hall with a booth or table rental! Select the right vendor space for your needs & budget (B- or T-Series).

Vendor Rental Fees:
Vendor Booth (B-Series) Rental (10’x6′) – $995
Vendor Table (T-Series) Rental – $795

Rental Fee Includes:
- Select the right vendor space for your needs & budget (B- or T-Series)
- Booths (B-Series): 10-ft by 6-ft space located on main exhibit hall floor area. Includes 8-ft high curtain backdrop and 3-ft high side divider; 6-ft skirted table & 2 chairs.
- Tables (T-Series): 10-ft by 6-ft space located on the perimeter of exhibit hall floor area. Includes 3-ft high side divider; 6-ft skirted table & 2 chairs.
- Access to electric and wifi included. Signage with company name.
- Business listing in printed conference program.
- Registration for ONE company representative, which includes full conference privileges (educational sessions, breaks, lunches). Additional vendor personnel must register at the conference rate — add them to your cart at check out.
Exhibitor Registration Deadline: January 22, 2025
